MAYBE THE HEAT GOT TO ME.

I promised you a DIY Pan de Cristal, Spanish ‘’glass bread,’’ the foundation of pan con tomate, which I shared Tuesday. I streamlined a King Arthur Flour recipe for the bread so now it’s way easier, and I share that recipe below.
