Half the fun of gazpacho is the garnish.

Ripe tomatoes are everywhere, and I don’t know about you, but I’m not in the mood to cook.

My food processor, however, is plugged in and raring to go. And I’m thinking gazpacho - the cool, quenching raw soup of Spain - is perfect right now.
